Biweekly visits to the project to verify progress, detect problems, take photographic evidence, laboratory tests. Monthly report with calculation of physical-financial progress.


PROJECT DESCRIPTION:


The development is located near the Mérida – Chixculub Highway, so it has close connections to Progreso, Telchac and Motul.

The project is designed on main streets arranged around roundabouts that delimit the sectors of lots, green areas and commercial use areas.

The master plan aims to provide residential, commercial, service spaces, recreational areas that integrate harmoniously with the surrounding jungle characteristic of the beach area of ​​the Yucatan coast.

The development has typical roads of the area known as “Calles Blancas” (White Streets) derived from the color of the characteristic material of the area.

Of the 112 hectares of the project, there are 5.5 km of internal roads, which represents 97,000 square meters of surface area and approximately 11,700 cubic meters of material.
